On Friday, April 26th, The Tower Heritage Center hosted over 100 people at our 80s Throwback Night. We were so packed we had to put Baby in a corner…
In addition to 80s-themed trivia and delicious catering & cocktails, we sent guests back in time by blasting 80s pop classics, snapping Polaroid photos, and showing off our collection of West Bend HS yearbooks, Classes 1980-89!
Many guests even dressed for the occasion- catching the camera with layered shirts, legwarmers, neon colors, and big hair! Keep scrolling to see snapshots of this “totally tubular” event!
“This was such a fun event to plan and be a part of. I’m beyond grateful to everyone who came out to have a great time. We’re looking forward to the next one!” says Bella Bussey, Events and Outreach Coordinator of The Tower Heritage Center.

The evening included themed trivia – testing guests’ knowledge of the greatest hits, iconic moments, and unforgettable pop culture of the 80s. The evening’s trivia champions brought home swag bags!
“Party of 6” ticket packages enjoyed personal snack boards (see above) complete with cheddar jalapeño popcorn from Laughing Mountain Popcorn!
“This event was an all-hands-on-deck situation, and wouldn’t be possible without every single staff member and volunteer who contributed their time and energy. We’d like to give a special shout-out to our sponsors: T4 Insurance Solutions, Delta Defense, Mahler Clean, and Herriges. You’re all amazing, thank you!” says Steve Stuckey, Executive Director of The Tower Heritage Center.
